Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

• The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging. A limited test is permitted, provided it does not compromise the functionality, aesthetics, or resalability of the product.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error in the order or an obvious and documentable defect.
• In the event of a defective product, it is possible to return it even if it has been tested, but only if the defect is objective, not caused by improper use, and clearly identifiable. We reserve the right to request photos or videos before authorizing the return.
• Returns that do not comply with the above conditions will not be accepted.
