🇮🇹 Shipping in Italy

At checkout, you can choose between two shipping options:

• BRT (Bartolini) — rate calculated in real time
The cost is automatically calculated by the courier based on weight and destination. Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days.

• Standard — fixed rate by weight
Shipping with a trackable courier (BRT or Poste Italiane, assigned automatically). Estimated delivery in 1–6 business days depending on the destination.

Standard rates:

• Up to 1 kg: € 6,90
• From 1 kg to 3 kg: € 7,50
• From 3 kg to 5 kg: € 7,90
• From 5 kg to 10 kg: € 9,90
• From 10 kg to 20 kg: € 14,90
• Over 20 kg: € 24,90

🇪🇺 Shipping in the European Union

We ship to all major countries in the European Union with trackable international couriers. Estimated delivery in 4–8 business days.

Rates:

• Up to 1 kg: € 17,90
• From 1 kg to 5 kg: € 19,90
• From 5 kg to 10 kg: € 24,90
• From 10 kg to 15 kg: € 31,90
• From 15 kg to 20 kg: € 38,90
• Over 20 kg: € 52,90

🌍 Brands shipped from an international warehouse

To always guarantee you maximum availability and 100% authenticity, some items from the brands Savage Gear, Penn, Abu Garcia, Madcat and Greys are shipped directly from certified international warehouses. Delivery times are slightly longer, but you will still receive a tracking number to follow your shipment in real time:

• Italy: 5–10 business days
• European Union: 7–12 business days

📦 Guaranteed tracking

All orders include shipment tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier.

🔁 Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

• The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Limited testing is allowed, provided it does not affect the product's functionality, appearance, or resaleability.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an order error or an obvious, documented defect.

• In the case of a defective product, a return is also possible if it has been tested, but only if the defect is objective, not caused by improper use, and clearly verifiable. We reserve the right to request photos or videos before authorising the return.

• Returns that do not comply with the conditions above will not be accepted.
